The rules are the product.
BuildOrPass is a paid decision service for clearly described website and software projects.
One brief
Describe the required outcome, must-have features, maximum budget, and required date. One payment covers one coherent project brief. A materially different outcome or added scope requires a new written agreement or new pitch.
One fee
Choose a US$2 international-card checkout or a ₹199 INR checkout. Payment buys one review and decision. It does not buy development work and does not guarantee BUILD.
One decision
We record BUILD or PASS within 24 hours after our server verifies captured payment. A factual clarification does not reopen pricing or create a negotiation.
BUILD
BUILD means we are willing to explore delivery inside the submitted maximum budget. It remains subject to identity and compliance checks, technical feasibility, a mutually accepted written scope, and a signed project agreement. The offer normally expires seven days after the decision unless we confirm otherwise.
Agreement before deposit
A project deposit stays locked until both parties sign the separate project agreement and BuildOrPass records its reference. That agreement, not the pitch form, controls milestones, acceptance, ownership, support, change requests, cancellation, and deposit refunds.
PASS
PASS ends that submission. We provide one category of reason: Budget, Timeline, Scope, Fit, Capacity, or Risk. A materially different project requires a new pitch.
Keep sensitive data out
Do not include passwords, private keys, full payment credentials, regulated personal data, confidential source code, or material you are not authorized to share. If later work requires sensitive access, it must be covered by the separate project agreement and a secure transfer method.
Public decisions are opt-in
Private is the default and does not affect the decision. Anonymous and named decisions appear only after an explicit publication checkbox is accepted. The publication policy lists the exact public fields; the full pitch and contact details remain private.
Abuse and unlawful requests
We may decline, cancel, or refund submissions involving unlawful activity, deception, infringement, abuse, malware, unauthorized surveillance, safety risks, sanctions, or attempts to compromise this service.
