Email support@buildorpass.lol. We normally acknowledge support requests within two business days. Refund requests follow the refund policy.
Privacy and grievances
Email support@buildorpass.lol with the subject “Grievance” for a privacy request or formal complaint. Include enough information for us to investigate, but do not include passwords or payment credentials.

BuildOrPass currently provides customer service by email. There is no walk-in office or telephone support channel advertised on this website.

Send a concise reproduction and affected URL to support@buildorpass.lol. Do not access data that is not yours and do not include live credentials in the report.
