Publication is optional, off by default, and separate from buying a project review.
Private
A private pitch does not appear on the public judgment board. The full brief, must-have list, references, email address, and private status page are never intentionally published.
Anonymous
With explicit anonymous-publication consent, the board may show “Anonymous,” the project type, submitted maximum budget and currency, BUILD or PASS result, decision category, and relevant dates. It does not show the name, company, email, website, full brief, must-haves, or reference links.
Named
With explicit named-publication consent, the same limited fields may appear together with the submitted company name, or the customer name when no company was supplied. Contact details and the full pitch remain private.
Your control
Choosing private does not affect eligibility or price. You may ask us to stop future public display by emailing support@buildorpass.lol. We may keep a private record where required for payment, tax, fraud, dispute, or legal obligations.
No endorsement
A public BUILD or PASS result documents our commercial decision on one pitch. It is not a recommendation, ranking, customer testimonial, or statement about the quality of any person or company.
