Delivery policy
BuildOrPass sells a digital review first. Development work is a separate service governed by a signed project agreement.
Project-review delivery
After Razorpay verifies the review payment, we deliver a BUILD or PASS decision within 24 hours through the private status page and the email address supplied with the pitch. There is no physical shipment.
When the clock starts
The 24-hour review period starts when our server verifies the captured payment, not when checkout is opened or a bank first shows a pending debit. Fraud checks, payment failures, or an unusable email address can delay access until corrected.
BUILD is not project delivery
A BUILD decision is an invitation to complete due diligence and a written project agreement. The project deposit remains locked until both parties sign that agreement and BuildOrPass records it. Development dates, milestones, acceptance criteria, intellectual-property transfer, change control, support, and final delivery belong in that separate agreement.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact details, lawful materials, timely feedback, and any access or content promised in the project agreement. Delays caused by missing approvals, content, or third-party access may move the project schedule as specified in that agreement.
Delivery problems
If a decision email does not arrive, check spam and then contact support@buildorpass.lol from the submitted email address with the BOP reference. The private status page remains the authoritative record.
