Data we collect

• Contact details, company, and website.
• Your project brief, requirements, budget, deadline, references, and visibility choice.
• Payment identifiers and status. Card data is handled by Razorpay, not stored by BuildOrPass.
• Security information such as IP address, request metadata, and anti-spam results.

How we use it

We use the data to process the review, prevent fraud, record a decision, send transactional email, provide private status access, issue refunds, meet accounting obligations, and display opted-in public decisions.

Processors

Infrastructure may include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database and authentication, Razorpay for payments, Resend for transactional email, and Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. Each processor handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Retention

Payment and decision records are retained as required for legal, tax, fraud, and dispute purposes. Unpaid incomplete pitches may be deleted sooner. Public visibility can be withdrawn by contacting us, subject to records we must retain privately.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion where applicable, or a change to public visibility by emailing . We may need to verify your identity first.

Security

Private links use high-entropy tokens stored as hashes, administrator access is allowlisted, and payment events are signature-verified. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
