Refund policy
The $2 fee pays for a human decision. Refund eligibility is intentionally simple.
Automatic eligibility
If BuildOrPass does not record a BUILD or PASS decision within 24 hours of verified payment, you may request a full refund of the review fee.
Not normally refundable
A completed on-time review is not refundable merely because the result is PASS, the reason is brief, or you decide not to proceed after BUILD.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Contact us for duplicate charges, an incorrect amount, or a payment you do not recognize. We will investigate and refund valid billing errors.
Timing
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Your bank or card network controls when the credit appears.
