Refund and cancellation policy
The review fee pays for one human decision. A later project deposit is separate and follows the signed project agreement.
Review starts immediately
By paying, you ask us to begin the digital review immediately after payment verification. You may request cancellation before a decision, but work may already have started. Where applicable law gives you a non-waivable cancellation right, that right still applies.
Missed 24-hour decision deadline
If no BUILD or PASS decision is recorded within 24 hours after verified payment, the review fee is eligible for a full refund. Email us within seven days after the missed deadline. We may also issue that refund without waiting for a request.
Completed reviews
A completed on-time review is not normally refundable merely because the result is PASS, the reason is concise, the customer changes their mind, or the customer does not proceed after BUILD. This does not limit remedies required by consumer law.
Duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges
Contact us promptly about a duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or payment you do not recognize. We will investigate with the payment provider and refund a confirmed billing error. Your statutory rights to contact your bank or card issuer remain unchanged.
Rejected or unavailable service
If we cannot provide the purchased review because of our error, or we cancel it for our own legal or operational reasons before delivering a decision, we will refund the review fee.
Project deposits
A BUILD project deposit is not the review fee. It cannot be paid until a separate project agreement is recorded as signed. Its cancellation, milestone, and refund terms are controlled by that signed agreement. Never pay a project deposit unless those terms are clear.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are submitted through Razorpay to the original payment method. We normally initiate them within five business days after approval; banks and card networks control when the credit appears and may take longer.
How to request
Email support@buildorpass.lol from the address used for the pitch. Include the BOP reference, payment date, reason, and any supporting information. Do not send a full card number, UPI PIN, password, or one-time code.
